Bafang 1000W BBSHD Mid Drive Ebike Motor Kit

The BBSHD Bafang 1000 watt motor kit is a high-performing, lightweight, quiet, fast, hill-climbing, well-engineered electric bike kit. The Bafang mid-drive BBSHD 1000w motor mounts in place of your bike's bottom bracket and replaces your bike's crankset and front derailleur if you have one.

Throttle and Pedal Assist Power

The Bafang BBSHD 1000W Motor offers both throttle and pedal assist power. You can always use the throttle in order to engage the motor if you want to take a break from pedaling!

Low Center of Gravity

The Bafang 1000W Mid-Drive Motor is superior to both Rear and Front Hub Motors because it offers a balanced low center of gravity. On a standard bike, the weight of the motor is balanced directly in the middle of the bike down in your bikes bottom bracket. This allows for a better riding experience with a balanced low center of gravity with this motor located in your bike's bottom bracket.

The Bafang 1000W Mid-Drive Motor is superior to both Rear and Front Hub Motors because the full power of the motor acts on your bike's chain transmitting the power directly to your bike's rear gears. This allows for the power of the motor to be transmitted directly into your bike's existing drivetrain leveraging your bike's rear gears for superior performance through mechanical performance.

Installation Hardware

Our kit includes all of the the necessary hardware and equipment to install our Front Hub Motor on your bike. There are exta add-ons avaiable, however our baseline kit includes many of the parts which other companies peice meal out and charge more for!
