crapped out after only 800 miles. asked for service help, no reply, so just decided to buy a replacement. not the best service.

The best service ever, I had my parts in no time at all. I do not do surveys, but I had to because of the service I got! I've been waiting for a month for parts from a different company, and I'm still getting a runaround from them, I wish that you sold the controller for a 48-volt system!
Received my order in two days. If I had ordered it from China, it could have taken 4-8 weeks. Great to have a Bafang parts warehouse in Southern California. I was disappointed to have to pay $25 shipping on a $50 part when I live just 10 miles away. It would be nice if they would make Will Call delivery available.
wrote asking about having trouble getting the controller to switch from 1st to higher levels and had a great fast reply with very helpful info and the link for the display I would need to replace. ordered that night and had it in hand a few days later! I wish I could remember the person who replied very well done! 9000 miles on the bafang and so far only the display has had issues I expect to put in 7500 miles on it this year! Having a bad back neck and knees vertigo (dizziness) and a bad ticker I rely on the bafang to help with pedaling but know I can rely on it to get me home if I cannot pedal farther, too!! Great product. planning to outfit my other Terratrike and a Sun trike next so others can keep up when I head out for 100 mile days!! (yes, I own 2 batteries LOL)
